Nusbaum apartments are located in the Colley Bay neighborhood and give our graduate students the chance to experience the thrill of a Monarch victory or spend the evening enjoying a theatrical experience, as Nusbaum apartments are just a short walk to Kornblau Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium and ODU's Arts District.
